Subscription brands
Keep more subscribers with smarter recurring billing
Subscription boxes and continuity programs lose revenue to failed rebills. LumniPay retries them on the right schedule and the right MID.
The challenge
What gets in the way today.
Involuntary churn
Subscribers who never meant to cancel are lost when a rebill is declined.
Rebills stuck on one MID
When cards are tied to one account, you cannot move recurring volume when that account struggles.
Recurring disputes
Unexpected charges lead to chargebacks that build up on the account billing your subscribers.

FAQ
Common questions.
Can I migrate subscribers between MIDs?
Yes. Stored tokens can be charged on any connected MID, so you can move recurring volume without asking customers to update their card.
How does dunning work?
When a rebill fails with a retryable decline, it is retried on the schedule you define. You choose the intervals, the number of attempts and the MIDs used.
Can I offer trials?
Yes. Free and paid trials are supported, with the first rebill on the date you configure.
How do I reduce disputes on recurring charges?
Clear billing terms, notifications before rebills and fraud screening at signup all help. Load balancing also keeps disputes from concentrating on one MID.
