Cookie Policy

Last updated November 5, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Lumnipay LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on https://lumnipay.com and on the LumniPay platform.

1. 1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. They allow a site to remember information between pages or visits, such as whether you are signed in.

2. 2. Cookies we use by default

By default, we use only strictly necessary cookies. These are required for the website and platform to work and cannot be switched off in our systems. They include:

  • Session and authentication cookies that keep you signed in to the platform.
  • Security cookies that help prevent fraud, abuse and cross-site request forgery, including on checkout sessions.
  • Preference cookies that remember choices you make, such as your cookie preferences.

Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under applicable law.

3. 3. Analytics and advertising cookies

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we use analytics cookies to understand how the website is used, we will only set them after you have given your consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

4. 4. Third-party cookies

Checkout pages may load secure payment fields provided by our processing partners. Those partners may set their own strictly necessary cookies for security and fraud prevention, under their own policies.

5. 5. How to control cookies

You can control cookies in several ways:

  • Change your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Most browsers let you do this in their privacy or security settings.
  • Use private browsing mode, which deletes cookies when you close the window.

If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the website and platform, such as signing in or completing a checkout, may not work.

6. 6. Changes and contact

We may update this Cookie Policy if our use of cookies changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
